you dont run your self down about it this is one of the biggest tools of the devil if you sin then keep thinking about it it can and will lead to more or even bigger sin so think next time you sin as long as you try hard thats all that matters but never beat yourself up about the devils evil deeds his planes are terrible and hurtful but god is greater then that
